Our Safety Health and Environmental Policies are not "cast in concrete" it differs as per the size and complexity of each project, but the under-listed policy standards are applicable to all projects irrespective of the location, size and or scope:
Our Safety Officers are designated to act on our behalf, and work with the clients dedicated safety representative, and or, Officers.
All persons starting work on the site must go through a formal induction process.
Hazards to be brought onto the site or created during the course of the work shall be identified and controlled.
On-site safety requirements shall be communicated to all site personnel.
In the event of a site evacuation, the contractor shall fully adhere to the client's standard Emergency Evacuation procedure.
All accidents and incidents shall be reported immediately to site management.
The contractor shall carry out regular, documented safety inspections at work areas while on site.
The contractor shall submit a complete register covering all tools and equipment they are bringing to site.
A five minutes' mini risk assessment shall be done every morning before work commences.
A new JSA must be done for any new task, this must be reviewed by the client's safety Officer.
